Can’t be in Europe yourself? We can be there for you

You authorise us in writing to act on your behalf. We carry out visits, handovers, counts and photographic checks, then send you the documentation.

Frequently asked questions

How do you price a task?

The price depends on the location, time on site, preparation, travel and documentation required. Third-party services are listed separately. Any change to the scope is agreed before the work changes.

Can you take on tasks at short notice?

Send us the location, deadline, contact details and task. Availability depends on staffing, site appointments and written authorisation. We check these before proposing an approach.

How do you deliver the on-site documentation?

Depending on the task, we provide a written summary, photographs or video, a stock count or proof of receipt. We agree the shot list, file organisation and delivery method before starting.

Can you sign or accept goods for us?

Standard on-site work does not include signing contracts, committing to payments or carrying out technical acceptance inspections. Any commitment to a third party requires clear written authorisation. Statutory inspections, technical certification and professional opinions must be provided by the responsible party.

Can you work outside Germany?

We assess other European destinations for each project, considering transport, local contacts, language requirements and appointment availability. Several cities can be included in one plan.

Can you provide support in Chinese and German?

Day-to-day communication in Chinese and German can be included in the scope. For professional interpreting or other languages, please provide the sector, subject and duration in advance so we can confirm a suitable interpreter and the terms.
