Task
More than 50 people travelled to Berlin for the trade fair. We arranged transfers, hotels and on-site coordination.
What we did
- Scheduled transfers and group movements around exhibition opening hours
- Coordinated hotels, meals and on-site contacts
- Arranged interpreters and shared a daily programme with all participants
- Managed changes and return travel arrangements as required
Result
More than 50 people followed a coordinated exhibition schedule over 8 days.

Four days in Geneva, Bern and Zurich. Meeting times were fixed, and the route followed them.
What we did
- Planned the order of cities around meeting times
- Arranged intercity transport and hotels
- Prepared visit documents and coordinated local contacts
- Adjusted the itinerary when meeting times changed
Result
Five people completed the three-city visit in four days.

Task
Before shipment, we documented the visible condition of the machine and coordinated packing and transport in Europe.
What we did
- Photographed the machine and nameplate and filmed it in operation, following the agreed checklist
- Organised the documentation for the client
- Coordinated dismantling, packing and loading
- Prepared the documents requested by the freight forwarder
Result
The client received the on-site documentation and loading details to support the onward shipment.
